About our pricing
The overall construction costs of our luxury designed tiny homes can vary significantly as we offer a number of customisation options. For example, the amount of cabinetry you’d like installed and the style of windows you prefer will impact the final price.
You can choose a design from one of our existing models, such as the Willow, or we can create a completely new design for you from scratch. Alterations can be made to our existing designs if you prefer. Adding features will incur some additional costs.
Finally, we can also supply our tiny homes at the “Enclosed” stage which consists of the pre-assembly of the walls, floor and roof on a trailer or at the “Shell” stage which includes pre-assembly plus all electrical and plumbing work completed.
